GAME DAY TODAY AT SENIOR CENTER

A special community-wide Senior Game Day will be held at the Rosebud Senior Center today from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. The event is sponsored by the Rosebud Senior Center and Kelly Sebek of Fundamentals. There will be games, prizes and food. All area seniors are invited to come and get acquainted with the local center and the activities that are offered. A meal will be served at noon. Call Juanita Mitchell at the Center at 583-4729 to RSVP or for more information.

FBC TO HOST PANCAKE SUPPER

First Baptist Church of Rosebud will host a fund-raiser pancake supper on Wednesday, June 4 from 5:30-7 p.m. Proceeds will benefit the Pre-Teen Camp.

BUCKHOLTS HOMECOMING SET JUNE 7

The annual Buckholts School reunion and community homecoming will be held Saturday, June 7 beginning at 10 a.m. at the Buckholts SPJST hall. A catered lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m.

PARK BOARD TO HOST SPRING FLING JUNE 14

The Rosebud Park Board and minister Keith Whitfield will host a “Park Fling” for children of all ages Saturday, June 14 beginning at 11 a.m. Fun, games, motivational speakers and refreshments will be available. Parents are should bring lawn chairs.

BBQ COOK-OFF SET FOR JUNE 21-22

Sacred Heart Catholic Church will host their third annual barbecue cook-off June 21-22 at the church grounds located at 203 N. 6th and Walnut Street, Lott. Food, music, games and an auction will also be held. For information, contact Richard Greger at 254-584-1153.

OCC COOKBOOKS AVAILABLE NOW

Operation Christmas Child's community cookbooks are available at Remembrance Flowers & Gifts, First Baptist Church and Patti’s Beauty Shop. The cost is $15.
