He was called to be a part of the Prison Ministry team, where he led others to Christ for 15 years. Mr. Neumann was a visible and active member of the community. He served as a past President of the Falls County Farm Bureau, a member of the Falls County Appraisal Board, and was County Commissioner. He continued his service to others as a faithful member of the Chilton Masonic Lodge, Carolina Lodge, Waco York Rites and Scottish Rites. Bernhard enjoyed attending Saturday night gospel singing at many of the local churches, as well as being “Big Daddy” watching his grandchildren and great-grandchildren play ball. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, two brothers David and Donald, and his daughter Janet. He is survived by his loving wife Bobbie, his brother Thomas Neumann and his sons Jon and Jason, his daughter Karyn Bellar and son-in-law Steve, his son-in-law Jesse Niemeyer, granddaughter Jessica Stone and her husband Randy, grandsons Jacob Niemeyer and his wife Amanda and Joshua Niemeyer and his wife Stacie, as well as the great grandchildren, Hunter, Emmalee, Trigger, Hayes, and Timber.
