Linda Christian Jackson

Linda Christian Jackson, age 66, of Temple passed from this life during the late-night hours of Monday, Sept. 26, 2022, at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Temple. 

She was born on the 23rd day of January 1956 in Marlin, to parents Olin Clyde and Laura Christian (Pilliam). Linda was born and raised in Marlin; she graduated from Marlin High School. Linda was a factory worker in Hastings, Minnesota, and a Union Member. In her free time, Linda loved making quilts for all her friends and family. 

Linda married the love of her life Billy Jackson on Sept. 16th, 1977, in Marlin. She took great care of her husband until she got sick, and her husband took care of her till her passing. Linda will be deeply missed by many friends and family. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and four sisters.

Linda leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 45 years Billy Jackson; brothers, Olin Christian and Terry Christian; sisters, Lynn Channey, Judy Patterson, and Patsy Borak. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. 

A celebration of life was held at Linda’s sisters property located at 1755 US Hwy 77 Lott, TX 76656, on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022, at 12 p.m.
