The World War II  Memorial got a new concrete base this week. Commissioners approved the $13,000 cost with Sanchez Driveways during a meeting Monday.

Last week the Marlin boys and girls track teams participated in a track meet hosted by Chilton High School.

The Marlin Bulldogs basketball team traveled to Robinson on Tuesday February 20 for the Bi-District round of the playoffs.

The Marlin Lady Bulldogs basketball team had their playoff push come to an end over the weekend.
