Paying the Price
It is often a phrase that is overused or misapplied to something or someone. We often use the term he or she is great at something without ever deciphering the why of it all. It could be singing, speaking, dancing, teaching, preaching, leadership, sports or entertainment, all harbor those who on the big stage appear great at what they do.
However, do we truly understand what it is that makes them great at what they do? Most times what we observe is the finished product and we seldom give a second thought to how the person became great at it. What does it require to become good at something and how much more is necessary for one to become great?
