Effort Underway to Save Historic Country Church

At a recent meeting of the members of St. Paul United Church of Christ near Marlin, attendees voted to begin a fundraising effort to save their historic church. Through the years, the church has suffered significant structural decay. Restoration will include stabilization  of the basement to correct defaults in construction which has led to deterioration and damage over the past 97 years.
