FALLS COUNTY FELONY DOCKET

On August 12, 2021, Judge Bryan F. Russ, Jr. convened court to hear felony matters presented by District Attorney Jody Gilliam.  The following felony cases were disposed of:  

 

2nd Degree Felony (2 to 20 years, up to $10,000.00 fine.)

Uriel Torres, 25, from Waco, pled guilty to solicitation of prostitution to a minor under 18 years of age. He was placed on 7 years deferred probation, assessed a $2,000.00 fine. Ordered to register as a sex offender. Torres was arrested on June 7, 2019, by Texas Department of Public Safety. 

 

3rd Degree Felony (2 to 10 years, up to $10,000.00 fine.)

Neda Annette Hampton, 48, from Marlin, pled guilty to tampering with physical evidence with intent to impair. She was placed on 5 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, ordered to complete 180 hours of community service. Hampton was arrested on April 29, 2021, by Lott Police Department. 

Waymond Charles Kinney, 34, from Marlin, pled guilty to assault family violence with previous conviction. He was sentenced to 10 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System. Kinney was arrested on March 19, 2021, by Marlin Police Department. 

 

State Jail Felony (6 to 24 months, up to $10,000.00 fine.)

Gabriel Rachelle Mayo, 29, from Burnet, pled guilty to possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than one gram. She was sentenced to 20 months confinement In a State Jail Facility. Mayo was arrested on August 22, 2020, by Lott Police Department.

2nd Degree Felony (2 to 20 years, up to $10,000.00 fine.)

Brandon Lee Latham, 37, from Portland, pled guilty to assault family/household member impede breath/circulation, with previous conviction. He was placed on 10 years deferred probation, assessed a $2,500.00 fine, ordered to complete 180 hours of community service. He was also ordered to complete an anger management program. Latham was arrested on December 25, 2019, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office. 

 

3rd Degree Felony (2 to 10 years, up to $10,000.00 fine.)

Brandon Lee Latham, 37, from Portland, pled guilty to assault family/household member with previous conviction. He was placed on 10 years deferred probation. Latham was arrested on December 25, 2019, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office. 

Lamonderia Lamond Williams, 35, from Waco, who had been placed on probation for the offense of possession of methamphetamine, over one gram but less than four grams, was revoked and sentenced to 4 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System. 

Ryan Michael Weaver, 27, from Del Rio, pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine over one gram but less than four grams. He was placed on 2 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,000.00 fine, ordered to complete 120 hours of community service. Weaver was arrested on March 20, 2019, by Lott Police Department. 

David Anthony Adams, 52, from Killeen, pled guilty to driving while intoxicated 3rd or more. He was sentenced to 5 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System. His sentence was suspended, and he was placed on 5 years probation, assessed a $2,500.00 fine, ordered to complete community service hours. Adams was arrested on February 6, 2021, by Texas Department of Public Safety. 

Noah Sebastian Vonbenzerath, 21, from Marlin, pled guilty to evading arrest detention with a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to 5 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System. Vonbenzerath was arrested on April 1, 2021, by Marlin Police Department. 

 

State Jail Felony (6 to 24 months, up to $10,000.00 fine.)

Lamonderia Lamond Williams, 35, from Waco, pled guilty to evading arrest detention with previous conviction. He was sentenced to 12 months confinement In a State Jail Facility, assessed a $1,000.00 fine.
