FALLS COUNTY MISDEMEANOR DOCKET
On October 20,2021, Judge Jay Elliott convened court to hear misdemeanor cases. The following cases were disposed of, others were reset.
Class A Misdemeanors
• Justin Dupree Kinney, 29, from Bremond, pled guilty to unlawful carrying of weapon. He was sentenced to 3 days confinement in the Falls County Jail. He was assessed a $500.00 and ordered to pay court costs. Kinney was arrested on September 19,2020, by Texas Department of Public Safety.

• Terrion Deshawn Jackson, 18, from Houston, pled guilty to unlawful carrying of weapon. He was placed on 12 months deferred probation, assessed a $500.00 fine, and ordered to pay court costs. Jackson was arrested March 14, 2021, by Marlin Police Department.
• Ashlan Miller, 26, from Marlin, pled guilty to assault causing bodily injury family violence. He was sentenced to 30 days confinement in the Falls County Jail. He was ordered to pay court costs. Miller was arrested on September 17, 2021, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office.
• Justin Stewart, 28, from Marlin, pled guilty to unlawful carrying of weapon. He was placed on 12 months deferred probation, assessed a $500.00 fine, and ordered to pay court costs. Stewart was arrested on June 21, 2020, by Lott Police Department.
Class B Misdemeanors
• Angelina Carrillo, 18, from Hockely, pled guilty to possession of marijuana less than two ounces. She was placed on 12 months deferred probation, assessed a $500.00. She was ordered to pay court costs. Carrillo was arrested on June 19, 2021, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office.
• Phillip Eshleman, 73, from Chatfield, pled guilty to possession of marijuana less than two ounces. He was placed on 12 months deferred probation, assessed a $500.00. He was ordered to pay court costs. Eshleman was arrested on July 28, 2021, by Lott Police Department.
• Stanley Carl Bell, 29, pled guilty to driving while license invalid with previous convictions. He was sentenced to 3 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 3 days, assessed. He was ordered to pay court costs. Bell was arrested on January 1, 2021, by Marlin Police Department.
• Aaron Johnson, 34, from Marlin, pled guilty to possession of marijuana less than two ounces. He was sentenced to 15 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 2 days. He was ordered to pay court costs. Johnson was arrested on May 5, 2021, by Texas Department of Public Safety.
