FALLS COUNTY MISDEMEANOR DOCKET

On March 29, 2023, Judge Jay Elliott convened court to hear misdemeanor cases.  The following cases were disposed of, others were reset.

 

Class A Misdemeanors

Chrisonna Vertierra Joiner, 22, from Waco, pled guilty to possession of marijuana more than two ounces but less than four ounces. She was placed on 12 months deferred probation. Joiner was arrested on May 21, 2021, by Falls County Sheriff’s Offcice.

Williams Charles Adam, Jr, 44, from Marlin, pled guilty to interfere with emergency request for assistance. He was senteced to 20 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 1 day. Adams was arrested on December 4, 2022, by Marlin Police Department. 

Lonnie James Beauxis, 61, from Marlin, pled guilty to assault causes bodily injury. He was sentenced to 30 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 18 days. Beauxis was arrested on April 1, 2022, by Marlin Police Department. 

Gregory Lamar Richardson, 33, from Marlin, pled guilty to assault causes bodily injury. He was placed on 12 months deferred probation, $500.00 fine, 40 hours of community service. Richardson was arrested on July 25, 2022, by Marlin Police Department.  

 

Class B Misdemeanors

Rafael Rubio Longoria, 29, from Marlin, pled guilty to driving while license invalid. He was sentenced to 1 year confinement in the Falls County Jail. His sentence was suspended and he was placed on 2 years probation, assessed a $1,000.00 fine. Longoria was arrested on June 18, 2022, by Marlin Police Department.

Jason Murillo Gomez, 35, from Marlin, pled guilty to driving while intoxicated. He was placed on 1 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,000.00 fine. Gomez was arrested on November 11, 2022, by Marlin Police Department. 

Orlando Verge, 38, from Fort Worth, pled guilty to possession of marijuana less than two ounces. He was sentenced to 3 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 3 days. He was ordered to pay court costs.  Verge was arrested on January 9, 2023, by Texas Department of Public Safety. 

Noe Gmoez Flores, 25, from Marlin, who had been placed on probation for driving while intoxicated and he was revoked and sentenced 70 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with 35 days.
