Council discusses chipper fee service

During the previous City Council meeting, the council discussed changes to the policies on requesting chipper services. Council member Susan Byrd opened discussions by stating that she felt changes needed to be made to clear up any confusion when residents may have towards the policies for the service.

Because, according to some, it appears that the policy is vague. Questions such as how residents can fill out a request for the service and when the service would be completed soon arose during the brief discussion.
