New donut shop close to opening

Several years ago, much to the displeasure of the residents, the Churches Chicken officially closed its doors for financial reasons.

Since then the building where people used to line-up inside and at the drive thru for their favorite fried delicacy and southern inspired side dishes has laid dormant.

Unused with absolutely no sign of life, however that has recently changed.
