Marlin ISD board approves new hires for school year

During Monday’s Regular Board meeting, the Marlin ISD Board of Managers approved the following new hires for the 2020-2021 school year:

Jesse Bustamante will serve as Director of Special Education supporting special education faculty, staff and campus leadership teams in best practices for serving our students with special needs. Additionally, he will oversee human resources, ESL, and serve as the district testing coordinator.

Jewelisha Jefferson will serve as the Assistant Principal at Marlin Elementary School. Ms. Jefferson returns to Marlin after serving as an instructional coach at Rapoport Academy in Waco for the past two years.

Sharon Deloach will serve as the Assistant Principal at Marlin Middle School. Dr. Deloach most recently served as the Assistant Principal at Marlin High School.
