86 Parade celebrates Marlin ISD

Marlin ISD held a parade on Thursday to celebrate the school district’s B rating from the Texas Education Agency. The parade went through downtown beginning at the BTW Center and ending at Marlin High School where activities were available before the rain came and washed them out.
