Allegiance Ambulance, Now Serving Falls Co.
On Wednesday, December 31 at 8 am, Falls County changed service providers to Allegiance Ambulance. Two of the three ambulances Allegiance has brought will serve eastern Falls County; one full-time ambulance and one peakhour ambulance that operates daily from 9 am to 9 pm. The addition of a peak-hour ambulance is an improvement from services in 2025, which ran two full-time ambulances for the whole county.
The ambulances pictured here may be seen out working the county in January, but a custom paint job is planned before the month’s end to feature “Falls County EMS” more prominently on the vehicles.
Another change the new year brings is location. Ambulance service is now being dispatched from a newly installed building located at 3174 Hwy 6 N, just north of the Marlin Volunteer Fire Department located at 3172 Hwy 6 N. The location of this new building will allow for faster dispatch, saving lives and property.
Allegiance will also dispatch ambulances from the Rosebud Volunteer Fire Department.
In addition to two full-time and one peakhour ambulance, Falls County Emergency Services Districts 1, 2 and 3 contract with PHI Air Medical for helicopter service.
