8 - 11 a.m. - Santa Visit at Rosebud’s beloved Hwy 77 Cafe (1101 US-77), free pancakes for children 12 and under. Come share your Christmas wishlist with Santa, take a photo, and get a goody bag!

6:30 p.m. – Christmas Parade in Downtown Marlin, presented by the Marlin Chamber of Commerce. Lineup begins at 6 p.m. at Coleman & Oaks. Free pictures with Santa, vendors, and food for the family. Vendor spots: $40 food, $20 merchandise. Free parade entry form required.
