Assistance program for elderly community members

Thursday, December 27, a new program entitled, Buddy Welfare Community Check (BWCC), hosted by Drosto Montgomery and other members of the community, hosted its first meeting.
The meeting was hosted inside the Marlin City Council Chambers, it started at 6:00 p.m, and was open for any member of the community to attend.
The main goal behind the new program is simple, it is to get members of the community to routinely check up on elderly members of the community to ensure none have fallen, or severly injured themselves and are in need of immediate medical attention without receiving help in a timely manner to do so.
