City of Marlin plans Independence Day Celebration

The City of Marlin invites you to participate in an exciting and festive Independence Day Celebration. This year’s event, Celebrate America/Marlin Fest, will take place during the entire day of July 3 at City Park in Marlin. 

There will be vendors and craftspeople, and yummy food trucks offering a unique experience for our community. We will also host a classic car show, a horseshoe competition, youth fishing tournament, music by DJ Scruggs and The Lone Star Souvenirs, a fireworks display, a huge bouncy house and other fun family events specifically for children.

This is the first memorable event our area will have as an opportunity to enjoy a community-wide celebration since COVID impacted our heartland last year. We welcome your participation to make this celebration a spectacular event, and we look forward to celebrating America and Marlin with you.
