City water issues come to low boil

Two water issues dominated the agenda at the Marlin City Council’s March 13 meeting, though the council ended up taking no action on either one.

In the first, Mayor John Keefer announced that he was forming a Brushy Creek Committee. The committee would oversee construction, development, water rights and sales and other issues whenever a Brushy Creek Reservoir might be built.
