Court discusses county jail upgrades

In previous years when an inmate is released from the jail they are to be written a check in amount of money they had in their possession when they were taken into the jail.

The system seemed to work fine for sometime, however it quickly became an issue due to the fact that only about three people were allowed to actually write out the check.
