Falls County girls prepping for cookie sales

On Saturday, January 6, the Girl Scouts of Falls County met at the Marlin Volunteer Fire Department off of Highway 6 in order to learn the many different and various types of cookies that they will soon be selling to the residents of Marlin and Falls County. The sale of the cookies is to help raise funding for different items that the girls will soon need such as books and uniforms, it will also go a long way to help pay for any trips that they will soon be planning to take. They are also hoping to raise enough money to help with any future registration fee for future scouts.

As there is no set deadline for signing up to the Girl Scouts, anyone at any time is allowed to sign up at only $25.00 per child.
