Jose Elias Barron, 37, from Chilton, pled guilty to driving while intoxicated 2 nd . He was sentenced to 90 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 90 days time served. He was ordered to pay court cost. Barron was arrested on January 09, 2020, by Texas Department of Public Safety.
