Falls County Misdemeanors Court August 26

On August 26, 2020, Judge Jay Elliott convened Falls County Court to hear misdemeanor cases. The following cases were disposed of, others were rest.

Class A Misdemeanors

Darin Brad Berry, 59, from Marlin, pled guilty to assault causes bodily injury family violence. He was placed on 6 months deferred probation and assessed a $500.00 fine and ordered to pay court costs. Berry was arrested on March 14, 2020, by Falls County Sheriffs Office. 

Dexter Lenard Wallace, 21, from Fort Worth, who had been placed on probation for the offense of possession of marijuana more than two grams, but less than four grams was extended a year on probation. 

Dexter Lenard Wallace, 21 from Forth Worth, who had been placed on probation for the offense of unlawful carrying of a weapon was extended a year on probation.
