Falls County Misdemeanors Court September 9

On September 9, 2020, Judge Jay Elliott convened Falls County Court to hear misdemeanor cases. The following cases were disposed of, others were rest.

Class A Misdemeanors

Gott-Two Alexander, 57, from Temple, pled guilty to driving while intoxicated BAC >=0.15. He was sentenced to 1-year confinement In the Falls County Jail. His sentence was suspended, and he was placed on 1-year probation and assessed a $1,500.00 fine and ordered to pay court costs. Alexander was arrested on April 30, 2020, by Rosebud Police Department.  

Rock Clinton Eanes, 42, from Rockdale, pled guilty to unlawful carrying of weapon. He was sentenced to 3 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 3 days. He was assessed a $1,500.00 fine and ordered to pay court costs. Eanes was arrested on July 8, 2020, by Lott Police Department. 

Class B Misdemeanors

Jaron Tom Carl Grimes, 32, from Fort Worth, pled guilty to possession of marijuana less than two ounces. He was sentenced to 3 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 3 days. He was assessed a $500.00 fine and ordered to pay court costs. Grimes was arrested on July 17, 2020, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office.

Robert Carlos Flores, 44, from Waco, pled guilty to possession of marijuana less than two ounces. He was sentenced to 3 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 3 days. He was assessed a $750.00 fine and ordered to pay court costs. Flores was arrested on December 23, 2019, by Lott Police Department.
