Film Festival to honor MLK

A Dr. King Celebration of Film and the Marlin Community will be held on Jan. 14.
Marlin has been designated by the governor of Texas as a Film Friendly Texas Community. The community is excited to welcome the Waco Family & Faith International Film Festival Founder Dr. Tyrha Linsey-Warren to the city on Saturday at the BTW Resource Center.
Please join for this free cinematic community celebration with popcorn and more, featuring films by African-American filmmakers.
The event will take place from 1-4 p.m. at the BTW Resource Center.
