Garden Club celebrates 95 years

The Community Garden Club of Marlin met on December 14, at the historic Allen House to celebrate the club’s 95 birthday. Being the oldest Garden Club in Texas, this birthday was more special in that so many friends were also in attendance.  President Mildred Wilson welcomed all as they gathered around the beautiful birthday cake to be served, along with so many delicious finger foods, prepared for the event.
