God’s Rainbow of Many Colors Annual Ministry

Thirty years ago, on a Sunday morning as Mrs. Shirley Masters was on her way to church, a thought came into her Spirit. She wondered why God’s children were divided and why some are judged due to their race, creed, color, or denomination. Mrs. Masters asked, “Isn’t God the Father to all of us and why are there feelings of privileges and entitlement among His children?” Mrs. Masters decided to do something about it which resulted in God’s Rainbow of Many Colors becoming a Women’s Mission Program.

Six women of different nationalities and denominations came together thirtyyears ago to expound on the Word of God from different colors in the rainbow. Through this fellowship they were able to do what God said in His Word and that was to “Love one another as He loved us.”

The Bible Way Church Family, located at 804 Jackson, is the location for the 30th Annual God’s Rainbow of Many Colors located at 804 Jackson St. in Marlin, January 31, 2026, at 10 a.m. The theme is “Living the Bible Way.” Scheduled speakers are Katlyn Smith (Wellspring Community Church, Gause, TX), Mary Powell (Greater Love Church, Waco), Joyce Pineda (Gospel Lighthouse, Marlin), Connie Massington (St. Paul MBC, Marlin), Judith Hatter (Good Samaritan BC, Waco), Rhonda Milton (Marlin First MBC), and Patricia Bush (New Life Church, San Antonio).
