Groundbreaking Ceremony

Throughout Central Texas small communities are struggling to provide or maintain public services. The City of Marlin is continuing to step up to rebuild the city. A groundbreaking was held last week for the Marlin Water Treatment Plant. The plant is being restored thanks to a $13.6 million Texas Water Development Board grant that will cover the cost of rebuilding the streets that will be dug up during the project.
