Walmart in Marlin distributed water to Marlin residents on July 11 to help with relief from the water distribution issues the city is facing. The event was sponsored by the City of Marlin and Walmart. The city says that they are currently working to repair more than 15 leaks in their water distribution system. Residents can expect to be with low water pressure for at least two weeks. Jamie Sanchez Walmart Store Manager & Marlin City Councilwoman/ Mayor Pro Tempore Debra Levels-McDavid. Marlin Head Football Coach Jeff Rogers was there to lend a hand to the community.
