House Fire

March 3 at 1 a.m. deputies and fire crews from the surrounding area were dispatched to a structure fire in Chilton. Falls County Deputies arrived on scene first and were able to determine there was only one occupant in the residence and got them to safety. Fire crews from Chilton, Golinda, Lott, Rosebud and Marlin attempted to put the fire out. The house was a total loss after crews attempted to battle the fire.
