International Event: Save America

On October 11, 2025, the Catholic Church observed the Jubilee of Marian Spirituality and a Rosary for Peace in St. Peter’s Square, presided over by Pope Leo XIV. The purpose of the International Rosary to Mary Day on October 11, 2025, noted “World Ro-sary Day”, was inspired by the heartfelt invitation of former Pope Francis to dedicate the year 2024 to a worldwide “symphony of prayer” in preparation for the Jubilee Year 2025.

In Marlin, Texas, despite its straight-line distance of approximately 5,800 miles from St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome, thirteen attendees, having been a part of the larger global “symphony of prayer”, joined in the Jubilee Year 2025.

Here, Anthony Roppolo (of well-known 47+ years of service as Anthony’s Auto Service) led the International Rosary to Mary. As a collective, prayerful observance with multiple layers of significance related to peace, faith, and renewal, the rosary was dedicated “to asking God to save America.”
