Lease renewal for school land in Archer County

The Falls County Commissioners for the last several meetings have met and discussed how they would handle the lease agreement for the school land out in Archer County. The current agreement that they are locked into is going to expire very soon, and they have to decide whether they want to renew the agreement or go out for bids on a new lease with another party.

According to the current agreement with Mr. Stewart, the county must at least consider his offer before deciding to move forward with other bids. Should they look at Stewarts offer and find that it is not to their liking they will move forward with other bids for land leasing.
