Marlin ISD Board Approves Teacher Pay Raises for 2025–2026 School Year

Marlin ISD teachers will see significant pay increases this year after the Board of Trustees approved raises during its meeting Monday, Aug. 4.

Under the plan, teachers with three to four years of experience will receive a $4,000 raise, and those with five or more years of experience will receive an $8,000 raise.

The board also voted to increase the district’s contribution toward employee health insurance by $65 for enrolled staff members.

The pay adjustments will take effect for the 2025–26 school year.
