May Falls County Grand Jury

On May 5, 2020, the Falls County Grand Jury met to consider felony cases presented by District Attorney Jody Gilliam.  "The grand jurors were spread out in the courtroom to comply with social distancing recommendations.  Masks, tissues and sanitizing liquid were also made available.  All twelve grand jurors voluntary reported for duty" reported DA Gilliam. 

The following indictments were returned:

1.  Tamara L. Contreras, 45, from Fort Worth, possession of methamphetamine, less than one gram, a state jail felony.  Arrested by Lott PD on January 20, 2020.

2.  Deigo F. Delgado, 29, from Robinson, possession of THC less than one gram, a state jail feloiny.  Arrested by Lott PD on December 2, 2019.

3.  Martin S. Guzman, 27, from Balch Springs, possession of methamphetamine, less than one gram, a state jail felony.  Arrested by Lott PD on November 12, 2019.

4.  Brittany A. Clipson, 27, from Katy, possession of THC, less than one gram, a state jail felony.  Arrested by Lott PD on January 20, 2020.

5.  Kelly C. Cheatham, 37, from Kermit, possession of methamphetamine, less than one gram, a state jail felony.  Arrested by Lott PD on November 37, from Kermit, November 2, 2019.

6.  Massiel Aragonez, 20, from Cameron, possession of methamphetamine, more than one gram less than four grams, a 3rd degree felony.  Arrested by Lott PD on November 30, 2019.

7.  Jonathan R. Shook, 50, from Marlin, possession of methamphetamine, more than one gram but less than four grams, a 3rd degree felony.  Arrested by Falls County SO on June 3, 2019.

8.  Kimberly R. Spillers, possession of methamphetamine, less than one gram, a state jail felony.  Arrested by Lott PD on August 20, 2019.

9.  Randy L. McCoy, 39, from Normangee, possession of methamphetamine, less than one gram, a state jail felony.  Arrested by Falls County SO on February 6, 2020.

10.  Franshea A. Mize, 47, from Hilltop Lakes, possession of methamphetamine, less than one gram, a state jail felony.  Arrested by Falls County SO on February 6, 2020.

11.  Gregory A. Wolff, 34, from Temple, possession of a prohibited weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon, and possession of methamphetamine less than one gram.  Arrested by Rosebud PD on September 22, 2019.

12.  Juan M. Garcia, 34, from Cameron, possession of methamphetamine less than one gram, a state jail felony.  Arrested by Rosebud PD on September 22, 2019.

13.  Harmony C. Love, 26, from Cameron, possession of methamphetamine, less than one gram, a state jail felony.  Arrested by Rosebud PD on September 22, 2019.

14.  Matthew E. Ward, 33, from Lott, possession of methamphetamine, less than one gram, a state jail felony.  Arrested by Falls County SO on December 15, 2019.

15.  Leevaral R. Perkins, 33, from Cedar Hill, possession of marihuana over four ounces but less than five pounds, a state jail felony.  Arrested by Falls County SO on July 7, 2019.

16.  Terry T. Anderson, 31, from Cedar Hill, possession of marihuana over four ounces but less than five pounds, a state jail felony.  Arrested by Falls County SO on July 7, 2019.

17.  Robin N. Swinnea, 38, from Marlin, possession of methamphetamine, less than one gram, a state jail felony.  Arrested by Falls County SO on July 8, 2019.

18.  Jakub M. Stumbaugh, 23, from Lott, Criminal Mischief less than $2,500.00, fence containing cattle, a state jail felony.  Arrested on January 30, 2020 by Falls County SO.

19.  Angelo R. Aleman, 23, from Dallas, arrested by grand jury indictment on May 14, 2020 for the offense of sexual assault.   Case originated with Marlin PD.

20.  Trey Diles, 26, from Marlin.  Indecency with a Child by Exposure, a 3rd degree felony.  Arrested on February 6, 2020 by Marlin PD.

21.  Christopher McCoy, 34, from Rosebud, continuous sexual abuse of a child, a 1st degree felony.  Arrested January 28, 2020.
