MISD Visits NASA

Marlin Middle School students were given the opportunity to visit the NASA station in Houston on Friday. Students and teachers joined together in the wee hours, dressed in matching garb and custom masks to travel south for the occasion. Students were exposed to a number of educational opportunities while at the space station, including a 747 tour, space capsule exploration, a tram ride, and seeing the remnants of real rockets up close.
