New ESD Officers

Bill Range (left) was recented appointed as President of the Falls County Emergency Service Disrict #1which includes Marlin and Reagan. Range comes with administrative experience including a National State Association 911 administrator in New Mexico. Wayne Young (right),m outgoing President, served for 16.5 years as ESD #1 President. He will continue to serve on the Board.
