One critical following Monday accident

One person is in critical condition after a Monday morning Falls County accident.
Texas Department of Public Safety troopers and emergency crews responded about 7 a.m. on Monday, April 10, to a crash involving an 18-wheeler on TX 6 near FM 2307 just north of Marlin.
Authorities determined a Kenworth 18-wheeler was preparing to make a right turn when the driver of a Dodge Nitro attempted to pass on the right shoulder. The Kenworth then turned into the Dodge, which caused it to roll.
The driver of that Dodge was rushed to the hospital and was listed in critical condition. No other information was released.
