Open House held, first Farmer’s Market this Saturday

The City of Marlin held an Open House on Monday, April 12, to introduce the community to the new Director of Tourism and Marketing, Bryan LeMeilleur.
After introducing himself, LeMeilleur went on to talk about the upcoming events for the City of Marlin, including but not limited to a Fourth of July Celebration, an airshow, and the introduction of a weekly Farmer’s Market.
Details are still to come for the later events, but the Marlin Farmer’s Market will kick off this Saturday, April 17.
It will run every Saturday morning through October at the Lucille Williams Pavillion in downtown. The Tourism Building is located just across the street at 279 Live Oak Street on the corner of Heritage Row.
