Plans to re-open Marlin VA Hospital hits dead end

Several months ago, after having been closed for over a decade, the Thomas Connally Veterans Affair Hospital had finally been purchased for $15 million, showing signs of a hopeful re-opening in the near future.
The building was purchased earlier in the year by the Sterling Group out of Houston with the purpose of re-opening the building for what would later be titled the National Campus For Veterans Transition.
