Pond management and rainwater harvest program set for end of April
Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service in Falls and Robertson Counties are sponsoring a “Pond Management & Rainwater Harvest” program at the Falls County Youth Fair Pavilion (319 Willis Street, Marlin), on Friday, April 28.
Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. The program begins at 9 a.m. and will conclude at 11:15 a.m.
There is a $10 fee for the program, payable at the door. We will be offering one (1) CEU (1 General credit) toward recertification of private, non-commercial and commercial applicator licenses for attending the program.
Speakers for the program include: Brittany Chesser – Aquatic Vegetation Management Specialist and Richard Parish – Leon County Agriculture and Natural Resources Agent.
Topics for the program include: Pond Weed Control Management and Rainwater Harvesting and Home Systems.
