Project Homeless Connect Event To Serve Homeless In Waco

The Heart of Texas Homeless Coalition (HOTHC) announces the next ProjectHomeless Connect event is scheduled for August 15, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the WacoConvention Center in Waco, Texas.

Project Homeless Connect is sponsored biannually by the Heart of Texas Homeless Coalition to provide services and resources for those experiencing homelessness and housing instability in our community. Our goal is to provide convenient access to community resources to help facilitate movement out of homelessness. Referrals and services offered include EmploymentAssistance, Haircuts, Health & Vision Screenings, HIV Testing, COVID-19 Vaccinations, Housing Information, Hygiene Items, Pet Care, Social Services, Veterans Benefits, DentalScreenings, and more. Through Project Homeless Connect efforts, we hope to not only have resources to help people move out of homelessness but also quality of life offerings to extend kindness and compassion to our houseless neighbors.
