Children enjoyed the splash pad at the opening of the Apple Sports Family and Outdoor Complex last week. Outgoing City Manager Cedric Davis had opening remarks along with Mayor Susan Byrd. Marlin Parks & Recreation Board Spokesperson Debra McDavid also spoke at the event.
