Tomlinson Hill took a step back into history

The Old Settlers and Veterans Association spent last weekend bringing the Civil War back to life.

On Saturday and Sunday re-enactors were camped out in Tomlinson Hill just as they would have been during the war in the late 1800’s.

The re-enactors pulled out all of the stops. While there are enough hotels in the area, and certainly vehicles there that could have brought campers, these men and women camped out it canvas tents dressed in full period clothing.
