Illegal dumping concerns were facilatated  by Pam Kelly and County Pct. 1Constable Jonathan Shoemaker. As stated, in order to control unwanted illegal dumping, citizens need to be educated and trash dumping will continue until laws are enforced. It was recommended to provide large dumpsters in designated areas/time frame for the public to use.  Also noted is the upcoming Falls County Trash/Tire Collection Day, May 4, 8:30 am to Noon adjacent to the County Jail and in Chilton.

Citizens who were in attendance but reside in other city precincts inquired how to get similar meetings and updates from their representatives. No matter the precinct, those who had concerns about potholes, dumping, overgrown trees/weeds and flooding, were given the opportunity to complete a complaint form that will be turned in to the proper authorities. The attendees were reminded the forms are located on the Marlin website. Pct. 1 Council member Ponce was available for questions and concerns.
