COVID-19 First Dose Vaccinations from FCHC

FCHC is receiving weekly shipments of the COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine clinic will be by appointment only and include only the first dose. Scheduled appointments will be between 1:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m Monday through Friday. 

Please understand that you will be turned away  if you are not registered for an appointment. No swapping of appointments. Please register with the name of the person that will be receiving the vaccine. Please bring Identification, all forms accepted (DL, ID Card, Passport, Name Badge etc).

Due to high call volume, appointments will be scheduled online only at www.covid.fallshosital.com. The hospital is in the process of implementing online registration. Once you are registered, you will be scheduled and called with an appointment date and time. Please download and complete the vaccine registration form from the website prior to your arrival to speed up the vaccination process. Please refrain from calling the main clinic number.

Second Dose Drive Through Clinics

Second Dose clinics will be held at Marlin Junior Academy, located at 678 Success Lane, Marlin, TX 76661. Those who received their dose of vaccine between Feb. 14 and Feb. 28, there will be a drive through clinic on March 20. Those who received their dose of vaccine between March 1st through March 11th, there will be a drive through clinic on April 10. Please monitor your email, the Falls Community Hospital and Clinic Facebook page and covid.fallshospital.com website for line up times and further details.

Please be sure to bring your vaccination card with you to the drive thru clinic in order to receive your vaccine. If you do not have your card, you will be scheduled to come to the clinic at a later date
