Where There Is a Need, There Is a Lion!

Congratulations, Marlin Middle School students and Lions, on a job well done! An overcast day and bursts of cool winds greeted Lions Judge Jay Elliott, Sheila Lawson, David Lawson, Anthony Roppolo, Letitia Estep, Ms Ortega McDavid (Marlin Middle School Assistant Principal, not pictured), and four Middle School students as they set about painting the yellow markings on curbs around the Falls County courthouse in Marlin on Saturday, April 23, at 7 a.m. Preparation required breaking away mud and debris clumps along street curbs, street sweeping, and leaf blowing, all done over the three days in advance to painting. Remember: Where There Is A Need, There Is A Lion!
