Wildfire burning on County Road 220

There is currently a multi-agency response to a wildland fire near Marlin on County Road 220 near Highway 6, including forest service.
They are requesting air support, and have multiple dozers on site.
Please avoid the area and allow crews to work.
If you have been evacuated from your home and have nowhere to go due to the fires. Please go to the Marlin Volunteer Fire Station on State Highway 6.
