Worldwide Day of Play planned for Sept. 21
Faith, Hope and Charity: Concerned Citizens Organization for Youth will be hosting the 16th Annual Worldwide Day of Play next Saturday, Sept. 21, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m at the FHC building (405 E First St) in Marlin.
Activities to include fun for the whole family. There will be sack races, jump rope, obstacle courses, bouncy houses, and other outdoor activities, along with free snacks and drinks readily available.
FHC will be holding a Fundraiser for this event next Wednesday, Sept. 18, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Plates will include BBQ ribs, sausage, pinto beans, potato salad, bread, dessert, and fixins', all for a $10 donation. Orders must be picked up by 2:30 p.m. At 405 E First St in Marlin. All contributions will go to making sure that this year's Worldwide Day of Play is the best yet.
Faith, Hope and Charity: Concerned Citizens Organization for Youth (FHC) is a 501(c)(3) after school care organization that has been active in the area since 1992.
