Ribbon Cutting Celebrates New Opportunities for Students and Community at Nextlink Empowerment Center

As the ribbon was officially cut, applause reflected a shared sense of pride and optimism. Leaders from each partnering organization emphasized that the Empowerment Center represents more than a new facility — it marks a commitment to collaboration, education, and economic growth for Chilton and the surrounding communities.

Grand Opening of the Chilton ISD Beauty Salon

On Thursday, February 19, 2026, 9 am-11 am, the Chilton ISD celebrated its Crowned and Certified Beauty Salon at the Chilton High School. Parents, community leaders, faculty, staff and friends were present to share in the grand opening. The students were hands-on as facials, styling techniques, nail care and additional professional techniques were showcased. The modern learning space provides a positive and rewarding atmosphere to learn the skills.
