Mr. Ross B. Streater

Mr. Ross B. Streater, Sr., age 77, passed away Sunday, September 25, 2016 in Marlin, Texas. There will be a graveside service on Thursday, September 29, at 10:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery in Marlin. Mr. Streater was born June 23, 1939, the son of Rev. Hayden and Helen Streater in Houston, Texas. He was a longtime resident of Marlin. Mr. Streater worked over 40 years as a parts manager with various automotive dealerships in New Mexico and Texas. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed conversing with anyone about his favorite sport and antique cars. He leaves behind his wife, Nadene P. Streater of Marlin; daughter, Beth Norlie and husband, Mitch of Waco; son, Ross B. Streater, Jr. of Marlin; grandson, Chance Streater of Marlin; sister, Shirley Sparks and husband, Dennis of Weatherford.
