Ernest Lee Cobb

Ernest Lee Cobb, age 72, passed away Friday, September 23, 2016 in Marlin, Texas. A memorial service will be held October 1, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Blue Ridge Baptist Church. Mr. Cobb was born February 21, 1944 to Mabel Haley and Clifford Cobb, Sr., in Marlin, Texas. He graduated from Marlin High School in 1962. He is survived by his wife, Judith of 52 years; children: Stephen Cobb and wife, Debera, Rhonda Sykes and husband, Todd, Jennifer Poole and husband, Paul; grandchildren: Kyle Nelson, Kaitlin Tynes, McKenzie Nelson, Ashley Anderson, Ashley Poole, Kyle Poole, Jill Reifsteck; great-grandchildren: Talon Tynes, Grayson Tynes, Callie Anderson, Bryson Poole, Reagan Reifsteck, and Maddy Vidrine. The youngest of eight children, he is survived by Johnny and William Cobb; numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, family and friends. Ernest was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and is loved by his dogs, Zoe and Blondie. He was an avid outdoorsman and dedicated Dallas Cowboy Fan.
